The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. In doing so, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration to be able to trace a possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. 9) Data processing for order fulfillment
9.1 Insofar as necessary for contract fulfillment for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the commissioned transport company and the commissioned credit institution in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
If we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products based on a corresponding contract, we process the contact data you provided when ordering to inform you personally within the framework of our legal information obligations according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Your contact data will be used strictly for the purpose of communicating updates owed by us and will only be processed by us to the extent necessary for the respective information.
To process your order, we also work with the following service provider(s), who support us fully or partially in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
9.2 Disclosure of personal data to shipping service providers
- DHL
As a transport service provider, we use the following provider: DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, Germany
We pass on your e-mail address and/or telephone number to the provider in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR before the delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or for delivery notification, provided that you have given your express consent for this in the order process. Otherwise, for the purpose of delivery, we will only pass on the recipient's name and delivery address to the provider in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The transfer only takes place if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, a prior coordination of the delivery date with the provider or the delivery notification is not possible.
Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future towards the controller named above or towards the provider.
9.3 Use of payment service providers
- Apple Pay
If you choose the "Apple Pay" payment method from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment processing takes place via the "Apple Pay" function of your iOS, watchOS or macOS device by debiting a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features integrated into your device's hardware and software to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code you set previously and verify it using your device's "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function.
For payment processing purposes, your information provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order, will be transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment execution. The encryption ensures that only the website where the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm successful payment.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made via Safari on your Mac, your Mac and the authorization device communicate via an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow Payments on Mac".
Further information on data protection at Apple Pay can be found at the following internet address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the "Google Pay" payment method from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), payment processing takes place via the "Google Pay" application of your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and equipped with an NFC function, by debiting a payment card stored in Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To authorize a payment via Google Pay of more than €25, the mobile device must be unlocked beforehand using the verification measure set up (e.g. facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).
For payment processing purposes, your information provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order, will be transmitted to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the originating website, which verifies that a payment has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your payment methods stored in Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numerical token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google merely acts as an intermediary for processing the payment. The transaction is carried out exclusively between the user and the originating website by debiting the payment method stored in Google Pay.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for every transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the goods or services purchased provided by the merchant, photos you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, verification of transaction data and the optimization and maintenance of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with other information collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.
The terms of use for Google Pay can be found here:

If you choose a payment method from the provider where you pay in advance, your payment data provided during the ordering process (including name, address, bank and payment card information, currency and transaction number) as well as information about the content of your order will be transmitted to this provider in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. In this case, your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
If you choose a payment method where we pay in advance, you will also be asked to provide certain personal data during the order process (first name and surname, street, house number, postcode, city, date of birth, email address, telephone number, if applicable, data on an alternative payment method).
In such cases, to protect our legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness, this data will be transmitted by us to the provider for the purpose of a credit check in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The provider checks, based on the personal data you have provided and other data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experience), whether the payment option you have selected can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.
The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, but not exclusively, are included in the calculation of the score values.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractually compliant payment processing.
- Shopify Payments
One or more online payment methods from the following provider are available on this website: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland
If you choose a payment method from the provider where you pay in advance (e.g. credit card payment), your payment data provided during the ordering process (including name, address, bank and payment card information, currency and transaction number) as well as information about the content of your order will be transmitted to this provider in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. In this case, your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.

10) Web analytics services
Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which allows an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are small text modules stored on your device and collect certain information. This information includes your IP address, which Google shortens by the last digits to exclude direct personal identification.
The information is transmitted to Google servers and processed there. Transmissions to Google LLC, based in the USA, are also possible.
Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us, and to provide other services related to website and internet use. The abbreviated IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. The data collected within the scope of using Google Analytics 4 is stored for two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the device used, only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service via the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special function "demographic characteristics" and can create statistics that provide information about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third parties. This allows target groups for marketing activities to be identified. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to a specific person and will be deleted after being stored for two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have activated personalized ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google can, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, analyze your user behavior across devices and create database models, including cross-device conversions. We do not receive personal data from Google, only statistics. If you want to stop cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalized advertising" function in your Google account settings. To do this, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155764?hl=de
Further information on Google Signals can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de
UserIDs
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, the "UserIDs" function can be used on this website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, have set up an account on this website, and log in to this account on different devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analyzed across devices.
Collection of data provided by users
To improve the analysis results for users whose contact details we have received in the course of business or business-like relationships, we use the "Collection of data provided by users" function.
Subject to your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, we transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (primarily email address and telephone number) relating to you to Google electronically within the scope of this function. Google does not receive access to clear data, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to assign it to existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up.
The processing serves to specify measurement data, improves cross-device user trackability and enables the integration of analysis results into advertising personalization and conversion tracking functions of Google Ads.
You can revoke your consent to us at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's data protection measures regarding the transmission of customer data can be found here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6334160?hl=de&ref_topic=10550182
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

11) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
11.1 Meta Pixel with advanced matching
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider in advanced matching mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook or Instagram, the "Meta Pixel" extends the URL of our linked page with a parameter. This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after redirection by a cookie that our linked page itself sets. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data such as the e-mail address, which we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram advertisement during processes such as purchases, account logins, or registrations (advanced matching). The cookie is then read and enables the transmission of data, including specific customer data, to Meta.
We use "Meta Pixel" with advanced matching to make our advertisements (so-called "Ads") on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure that they correspond to the interests of the users or have certain characteristics (e.g., interests in certain topics or products identified based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").
Furthermore, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement (conversion). Compared to the standard version of "Meta Pixel," the advanced matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta so that it can be assigned to the respective user profile and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Meta and its partners to display ads on and off Facebook.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the terminal device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transferred to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, a transfer to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also occur.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
11.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Further data processing only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history will be linked to your Google account and information from your Google account will be used to personalize ads you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data will be temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data to form target groups. In the context of using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the terminal device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, the use of retargeting technology will not take place during your visit to the site.
You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Details on the processing initiated by Google and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

11.3 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, within Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine, in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an Ads ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can personally identify users.
In the context of using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads Conversion Tracking by downloading and installing the browser plug-in from Google available at the following link:
https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155656?hl=de
To address users, whose data we have received within the scope of business or business-like relationships, with even more interest-based advertising, we use a customer matching function within Google Ads. For this purpose, we transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (primarily email addresses and phone numbers) electronically to Google. Google does not gain access to clear data here, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to match it with existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up. This enables the display of personalized advertising across all Google services linked to the respective Google account.
The transmission of customer data to Google takes place exclusively if you have given us explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's data protection measures regarding the customer matching function can be found here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6334160?hl=de&ref_topic=10550182
Google's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/ and https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

12) Page functionalities
12.1 Instagram plugins
Our website uses plugins from the social network of the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland
These plugins enable direct interactions with content on the social network.
To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are initially deactivated and integrated into the page using so-called "2-click" or "Shariff" solutions.
This integration ensures that when a page of our website containing such plugins is accessed, no connection to the provider's servers is established yet.
Only when you activate the plugins and thus give your consent to data transmission in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, does your browser establish a direct connection to the provider's servers. In this process, regardless of a login to an existing user profile, certain information about your terminal device (including your IP address), your browser and your page history is transmitted to the provider and possibly further processed there.

If you are logged into an existing user profile on the provider's social network, information about interactions carried out via the plugins will also be published there and displayed to your contacts.
You can revoke your consent at any time by deactivating the activated plugin again by clicking on it. However, the revocation does not affect data that has already been transmitted to the provider.
